Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, The American Regalia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
